The Sale & Purchase  / Newbuilding department advises a wide range of clients World Wide in connection with contracting of Newbuildings through selection of suitable yards and designs as well as finding Owners/Buyers for oportunities created and developed at the Shipards. Furthermore, the Selling and/or Buying of Newbuilding/Resales and Second-hand vessels will always be one of the most important tasks for this department, presenting interesting investment oportunities to our clients. The department has expertise within a wide range of vessels, in all categories of Tankers, Dry Bulk Carriers and Container ships as well as other categories of vessels. Drawing from an extensive network, our clients are presented with a constant flow of business opportunities and proposals assisted by in-house market research services and intimate knowledge of the cyclical nature of shipping.
